Construction & Operation

The external part of these systems is collected as per the norms set in the industry. We create use of impermeable Graphite Condenser to fabricate the cylindrical shape graphite blocks. Both the ends of the stacks of blocks are fitted with headers blocks and then fitted in the MS shell along with the graphite blocks. Finally, long pin bolts, nuts and spring washers are used to exert a compressive load on the stack of blocks to bolt them together and give unmatched mechanical strength to the assembly.
