Automatic Capacitors Switching Panel

The Automatic capacitors switching panels are fabricated from 14/16 swg crca  sheet dust and vermin proof duly powder coated with seven tank process The panel consists of MCCB, contactor, Relay, on lamp ,Auto/Manual switch, Gas filled capacitor, for each 25 KVAR feeder. All the capacitors will be on and off automatically as per the requirement. The Ammeter is provided in the panel to confirm the working of the capacitor. The following are the advantages of the panel.

   (1)     The Average P.F. of the electricity bill will be maintained up to 0.99 so the

P.F. Adjustment charges will be avoided and the Rebate up to two    percentage will be available in the electricity bill amount. for H.T.  connection and reactive charges

will be reduced for L.T. connection.

(2)     The panel will reduce the load current so  the maximum demand will be reduced the energy losses in the cable, transformer will be reduced As a result the Energy charges in the electricity bill amount will be reduced.

   (3)     The life of cable, transformer, capacitor, switchgear components, and

electrical equipment will be increased.

   (4)     The design of panel is economical ,the panel is designed in such a way that

the expansion can be done at site with minimum cost

   (5)     The Preventive maintenance instruction, The circuit diagram, the Bill of materials

The trouble shooting chart are provided so that the breakdown problem can be avoided and it will be very easy to locate the fault.
