We have designed and developed Hydraulic Honing Machine for Automobile Industry. Honing Machine to hone C.I. sleeve Engine Blocks. Most of Honing Machines are for usual and at 90 Degree cross-mark honing.
1.STANDARD HONING MACHINE WITHOUT DEGREE SETTING.
2.STD. HONING MACHINE WITH HONE DEGREE SETTING.
3.STD. HONING MACHINE FOR ENGINE BLOCKS.
Some of the features of our machine are :
Vertical travel : Hydro mechanical.
Hone reciprocation : Automatic at pre-set stroke length.
Stroke length setting : Manual.
Controls : hand-lever operated.
Honing spindle rotating Speeds : two, one for usual honing and the other one for cross mark. Coolant pump with 1/16h.p. motor
