QUALITY SYSTEM:

We are well equipped with all measuring instruments like venire caliper, micrometers, dial indicator, surface plate, magnetic ‘v’ block, plug gauges and run – out checking mandrels to maintain the alignment of pump & motor as possible.
Out rotors & impellers are dynamically balanced for smooth and vibration free running of the motor. Our testing laboratory has been established by digital control panel consisting voltmeter, ammeter, wattmeter, flow indicator, frequency & RPM meter connected through dimmer to test the pump set from 50 v to 440 v.
Our digital control panels also computerized to test the pump set which gives all the readings from fully opened to fully closed valve along with performance curves. We have also obtained ISI license from Bureau of Indian Standards for submersible pump set.
