ZEN Radar Scan Converter (ZEN RSC) interfaces with the radar receiver and processes signals to reduce noise and improve clarity. It performs the scan-conversation of the signals such that Radar Image can faithfully be presented on a raster scan display unit normally used with PCs, without the need for a specialized monitor.
The signal processing tasks and scan conversion processes are real-time processes, and programmed in VHDL, with no perceptible delay. The versatile interface and processing enables ZEN Radar Scan Converter to scan simultaneously and present the image on a single display unit.
ZEN Radar Scan Converter also enables transmission of Radar image over high speed LAN. Thereby presenting the radar image over distributed units.
